What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and other security-related duties at a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and support visitor, delivery, and/or contractor processing in accordance with site policies.

Assist with emergency response activities, including communicating site instructions, helping to direct people during evacuations and/or restricted access situations, and completing required reports.
Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor/manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
