This contract opportunity is available from August 1 through May 31, 2027, providing consistency and room for long-term impact.
In this role, you will manage a manageable caseload of up to 55 students, supporting them with a range of speech and language needs. The work schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 3:30PM, ensuring you can enjoy your afternoons and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
What we seek:
- NV SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain it before the start date
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLP experience in schools or healthcare pediatrics
- Dedication to evidence-based practices and individualized student care
- Skill in working with K-12 populations, tailoring interventions for diverse needs
- Clear communication and strong collaboration with educational teams, families, and fellow professionals
Key responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students on your caseload
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student success
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
- Engage with parents, teachers, and staff to support and advance student outcomes
