A private family is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to care for a large, high-end seasonal estate consisting of approximately 350 acres and 10 buildings.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned housekeeping professional with extensive experience working in high-end private households, luxury estates, or comparable five-star environments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and able to anticipate the needs of the principals and their guests.
This position requires much more than routine cleaning. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards throughout the home, caring for fine furnishings and materials, managing household laundry, supporting events, organizing projects, and providing elevated service to the family and their guests.
Candidates whose experience is limited to standard hotel, motel, or commercial housekeeping will not be considered unless they also have significant experience in a high-end private household, luxury estate, or comparable environment.

Approximately 4–6 weeks of travel to Palm Beach, Florida, per year is required.
Additional travel may occasionally be offered or requested when the family has events or other needs outside the primary estate. All approved work-related travel expenses, including airfare, hotel, and rental transportation, are covered.
Schedule
The estate is a seasonal property, and the family is away for approximately 10 months of the year. During periods when the family is not in residence, the employee will have flexibility in determining their daily start and finish times based on the needs of the property.
When the family is in residence, particularly during July and August and occasional winter visits or events, the schedule will adjust to accommodate the family's needs. This may include early mornings, later evenings, weekends, or additional hours when necessary.
