We need a hands-on professional who thrives in heavy industrial settings, possesses strong mechanical aptitude, and takes a proactive approach to equipment upkeep and complex troubleshooting.
Core Duties-
Execute routine and emergency repairs on industrial production and heat-treating assets.

Resolve technical failures related to pumps, motors, hydraulic circuits, and various mechanical assemblies.

Perform welding and light fabrication tasks to help keep our machinery in optimal operating condition.

Oversee the upkeep of cooling systems, quench tanks, and specialized furnace hardware.

Identify and fix mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical faults to help maximize overall equipment availability.

Keep detailed documentation of all service activities and machine history.

Assist in the setup and integration of newly acquired equipment.

Follow all safety protocols and internal guidelines to foster a secure working environment for the entire team.
Professional Background-
At least 5 years of experience performing industrial maintenance within heavy manufacturing or heat-treating facilities.

Comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pumps, and fabrication techniques.

Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and mechanical blueprints.

Solid grasp of industrial safety standards and lockout/tagout (LOTO) practices.

Capacity to manage multiple priorities autonomously in a high-pressure setting.

Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, handle industrial tools, and work comfortably in high-heat areas.
Desired Skills-
