Site Verification
- Verify all field measurements prior to fabrication and installation.
- Confirm porch dimensions, gable dimensions, and window locations.
- Verify attachment points and structural backing locations behind siding.
Front Porch Decorative Beam System
- Construct and install decorative timber-style beam assembly at front porch.
- Install decorative vertical support members on both sides of porch opening.
- Install decorative horizontal beam/header across porch span.
- Install decorative arched knee-brace supports per approved design.
- Ensure all components are securely fastened and properly aligned.
- Maintain clean, symmetrical appearance.
Garage Gable Decorative Accents
- Install decorative wood framing accents within front garage gable.
- Layout to match approved design rendering.
- Integrate with existing siding and trim without damage.
- Ensure all components are securely fastened and weather resistant.
Window Decorative Accents
- Install decorative wood accent boards on designated front windows.
- Maintain existing window trim system.
- Modify mounting approach as necessary for proper fit over existing vinyl siding.
- Ensure all penetrations are properly sealed.
Wood Finishing
- Apply approved stain system matching existing porch decking appearance.
- Apply exterior-grade protective finish as required.
- Ensure consistent color and finish across all decorative wood components.
Exterior Integration
- Maintain clean transitions between new wood features and existing siding.
- Protect existing siding, stone veneer, gutters, trim, windows, and porch surfaces.
- Ensure finished appearance looks original to the home.
Cleanup
- Remove all construction debris.
- Remove all packaging, fasteners, cutoffs, and excess materials.
Leave project area broom-clean upon completion.
Pay: $1,000.00 per day
