FOH Server / Barista – Job Summary
We’re looking for friendly, energetic team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience both at the counter and on the floor. In this role, you’ll take orders, prepare beverages, serve food, and create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. This is not a seasonal or temporary weekday position. Applicants must have long-term weekday availability that can be maintained throughout employment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, responsive service

Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders

Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to standard recipes

Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner (counter and table service)

Make menu recommendations and answer questions about food, beverages, and allergens

Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions

Maintain clean, organized workstations and service areas

Restock supplies, displays, and service stations as needed

Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to needs

Assist with side work, opening/closing duties, and general café upkeep

Support teammates to ensure smooth and efficient operations
