POSITION PURPOSE:
We are seeking a friendly and attentive individual to join our spa team as a Spa Housekeeping Attendant. The Spa Housekeeping Attendant plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests. This position involves assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the spa facility and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
- Clean and maintain all common areas to include treatment rooms, Fitness Center and locker rooms.
- Sanitize all wet areas and spa facilities on a daily basis to ensure state mandated guidelines.
- Stock and replenish towels, robes, slippers, toiletries, and other amenities in locker rooms and treatment rooms as needed.
- Monitor and maintain spa supplies, including linens, beverages, and guest amenities, always ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Assist spa therapists and technicians with preparing treatment rooms for appointments, including setting up equipment and amenities according to service requirements.
- Provide assistance with explaining amenities to all guests.
- Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and aid as needed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
- Adhere to all spa policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, confidentiality guidelines, and customer service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa facility, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, relaxation areas, and common areas.
