We are looking for a grounded, reliable Live Stream seller to become the face of our Whatnot auctions. If you are someone who builds trust easily, talks naturally with people, and values authentic communication, you will thrive here. No technical streaming experience is required—we handle the entire backend for you, and you'll be backed by a highly supportive community.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in rewarding high performance. This role features a highly competitive commission structure with massive upside—the more volume you move, the more you earn.
- Average Earnings: Commission averages about $50 to $100 per hour.
- We have a team of 3 live sellers, each seller has achieved $60-80 an hour consistently
- Base Commission: You receive 1% of gross sales.
- Performance Bonus: Your commission bumps up to 1.5% on any stream that hits over $4,000 in sales OR 80+ items sold.
- Consistent Premium Inventory: Access to a massive, highly reliable supply of high-demand Milwaukee tools, kits, and accessories, ensuring your streams are always stocked with top-tier products.
- Full Backend Logistics Support: Zero responsibility for packing, shipping, labeling, or product sourcing. Our operational team handles 100% of logistics so you can dedicate your energy entirely to the live stream.
Core Responsibilities (What You'll Do)
- Flexible Stream Lengths: You choose how long you want to stream for each session. We look to aim for a minimum of 1 hour up to a max of 4 hours per show, allowing you to manage your energy and schedule.
- Show Up Early: Arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled show to get settled in, review the inventory lineup, and get ready for the broadcast.
- Present the Items: Hold up and present brand-new power tools on camera, explaining what they are as the auction runs. All auctions start at $1.
- Work with an On-Site Assistant: You focus entirely on the camera and the chat. A dedicated assistant will sit off-camera running the app, managing the bids, and handling the technical side.
- Engage with a Supportive Chat: You won’t be alone in managing the audience. The live chat is fully supported by our dedicated moderators—who are regular customers and long-time members of the community we’ve built. They keep the vibe positive and helpful.
- Keep the Flow Going: When a bidding war ends, you will either showcase the same item again if demand is high, or move on to the next tool.
- Build Product Knowledge: Learn the tool models and features over time to continuously improve your presentation and help the stream run more efficiently.

- Willing to Learn: You don't need to be a tool expert on day one. A willingness to learn the product line over time so you can talk about the gear efficiently is exactly what we are looking for.
- Local: You live near Hillsboro, OR, and can easily commute to our warehouse facility for scheduled shows.
