What You’ll Do
- Perform advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, warning lights, network/CAN systems)
- Accurately diagnose issues — not just replace parts
- Complete repairs including suspension, brakes, maintenance, fluid services, and more
- Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with clear documentation
- Document diagnostic findings and repair recommendations thoroughly
- Work closely with a professional service advisor team
- Utilize modern tools and software (scan tools, DVIs, shop management systems)
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and high professional standards
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic ability (electrical, drivability, CAN/network systems)
- Ability to diagnose efficiently and accurately — not guess or “parts swap”
- Pride in your work and a team-first attitude
- Experience with digital inspections and modern shop workflow
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- ASE, OEM, or EV/Hybrid certifications are a plus

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of automotive experience with diagnostic capability
- Technical or vocational training preferred (not required)
