The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) will be licensed and also hold Wisconsin LCSW or LPC licensure. Ideally, the LCSW or LPC will have experience and training in working with mental health and substance abuse as co-occurring disorders. A full and unrestricted license is required.
The licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) acts as the facilities mental health professional and reports to the Executive Director and will be responsible assessing patients, the preparation and maintenance of current patient records. Will maintain accurate and current records according to AMS policy and ensure that all requirements of Federal, State Regulations and accreditation standards are met and in full compliance. Is responsible for ensuring that every effort is made to assist the patient in reaching their treatment goals. Will coordinate and collaborate with other providers both internally and externally to expedite treatment for each patient. Will review and make recommendations on assessments and treatment plans for all dually diagnosed patients. The LPC or LCSW is responsible for ensuring that every effort is made to assist the patient in reaching their treatment goals. Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
