Key Responsibilities

Provide services, resources, and referrals to low-income individuals and families experiencing crisis situations

Build and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations and service providers

Maintain accurate client records, data entry, and documentation

Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and community partners

Support outreach efforts that promote awareness of available programs and services
Qualifications

High School Diploma preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills

This position plays a vital role in supporting low-income families during times of crisis while partnering with the Humboldt County Food Pantry for food distribution.
