We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and COMPACT licensed mental health professionals to provide brief intervention follow up therapy services for people involved with personal injury. The ideal candidate will have experience with comprehensive mental health evaluations, trauma-informed care, collaboration with the legal system, and timely documentation practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct brief intervention therapy services
- Review mental health evaluations for clients referred due to personal injury (e.g., car accidents, workplace injuries, emotional distress)
- Identify symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other trauma-related conditions.
- Prepare high-quality, timely progress notes for attorneys, insurance companies, or courts.
- Collaborate with case managers, attorneys, or other professionals as needed.
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted COMPACT license.
- Professional in Psychology, counseling, social work or related field.
- Familiarity with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous work with personal injury, forensic, or legal cases.
- Experience writing notes for court or insurance use.
- Bilingual abilities a plus (especially Spanish).
Compensation:
- Competitive salary or option for contract per-evaluation rate, based on experience and credentials.

Pay: $57,500.00 - $87,500.00 per year
