You’ll be a driving force behind our kitchen, leading a talented team to craft unforgettable dishes that make people smile (and sometimes even cry with joy). Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Inspire: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation. Lead, mentor, and motivate a passionate kitchen team.
- Manage the Rhythm of the kitchen: Handle kitchen inventory, ordering, labor costs and food cost management, while maintaining the highest level of hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the front-of-house, and management teams to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests, including working on special events and seasonal promotions
What You Bring to the Table:
- Passion for Italian-American Cuisine: You live and breathe pasta, pizza, and everything in between. You’re not afraid to get creative with both traditional dishes and modern twists!
- Leadership Skills: You know how to run a kitchen with precision and charisma, making sure everything is in sync, from the first prep to the final plate.
- Experience: You have at least 5 years of culinary experience, with a proven track record as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef, preferably in Italian-American or Mediterranean cuisine.
- Attention to Detail: You have an eagle eye for quality, presentation, and consistency in everything you do.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
