Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pharmacy Discount Card Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmacy discount card programs to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other business clients. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will drive growth by building strong client relationships, demonstrating product benefits, and closing sales effectively. Duties
- Identify and target potential clients such as pharmacies, healthcare providers, and corporate partners to expand the program’s reach
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the value of pharmacy discount cards and how they benefit end-users
- Develop and manage a designated territory through proactive outside sales efforts, including face-to-face meetings and networking events
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and personalized service
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions for optimal account management
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, pharmaceutical or medical equipment technical sales preferred; outside sales or field sales experience is highly valued
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and territories efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM systems for client management and reporting
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and meet or exceed sales goals consistently
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly and foster trust with diverse clients
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the capacity to manage complex negotiations and enterprise-level selling processes
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales or medical industry regulations is a plus; scientific/medical equipment technical sales expertise is advantageous
