Vargas Law Firm is seeking an experienced Bilingual Digital Marketing Specialist (English/Spanish) to join our growing team immediately.
We are looking for a highly creative, proactive, and results-driven professional who can develop, execute, and manage advanced digital marketing strategies with minimal supervision. This is NOT an entry-level position.
Mandatory Qualifications
Applicants MUST meet ALL of the following requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent, verifiable experience in digital marketing.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Experience creating and executing digital marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Advanced knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
- Experience creating engaging content for social media platforms.
- Professional photography and video production for marketing campaigns.
- Advanced photo editing and graphic design skills.
- Advanced video editing for social media, advertising, and promotional content.
- Experience managing Meta Business Suite.
- Experience creating and managing Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, website optimization, and digital marketing analytics.
- Ability to create marketing strategies that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Strong copywriting skills in both English and Spanish.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate new marketing ideas and campaigns.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
- Responsible, dependable, self-motivated, and committed to long-term employment.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working for a law firm or other professional services business.
- Experience marketing immigration, criminal defense, personal injury, family law, or civil litigation services.
- Experience with WordPress, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, CapCut, Google Analytics, and other professional marketing tools.
Compensation
- Full-time position (40 hours per week).
- Salary is competitive and will be based on the applicant's recent, verifiable experience, qualifications, portfolio, and overall skill level.
