We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join a growing litigation team. The firm is open to candidates at any level of experience (Associate, Mid-Level, or Seniors), and will determine title and compensation based on background and fit.
What You’ll Do
Handle defense-side commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
Manage discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and case strategy
Work directly with clients on business-focused dispute resolution
Collaborate closely with a team of experienced litigators in a supportive environment
Practice Areas May Include
Commercial and business disputes
Healthcare litigation
Real estate litigation
Employer-side employment matters
Construction-related disputes
Bankruptcy-adjacent and financial litigation
(Depth in one area is perfectly acceptable — strong litigation fundamentals matter most.)
What We’re Looking For
Active Texas Bar admission
Defense-side commercial litigation experience
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work 100% onsite in downtown Dallas
Collaborative, low-ego mindset
Additional Notes
Compensation: Market competitive; no rigid bands (candidates’ expectations welcomed)
Bonuses: Based on performance and billable-hours
