Position Description:
The Cook is responsible for preparing quantity food according to standardized recipes in a sanitary manner, which meets state and local health department regulations.
Qualifications:
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Graduate from a formal technical school specializing in hotel or institutional cooking may be substituted if worker has preferred experience.
3. Experience preferred: Six months to one year in hospital, institution or restaurant cooking.
