We are looking to add a Client Care Coordinator to our growing team!This is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking to start their career path with a quickly growing start-up agency. This position also has the opportunity for growth into management! This unique opportunity will report to our office in Essex County, as well as our office in Morris County.Working closely with Executive Management, our Child Care Coordinator will be responsible for client interactions, scheduling, as well as creating and updating care plans for clients. Additionally, this position will interface with new potential clients through inquiry calls and intake meetings.A college degree and two years of professional are required.A must is a high energy, positive/ go-getter mentality!Primary Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):- Maintain and manage all areas of client relations; including but not limited to; ensure client satisfaction through both in person and phone check-in’s, updating children’s care plans and additional ongoing care management duties-Attend client setups during intial visits for a family/nanny- Coordinate schedules for families and nannies using a proprietary matching process-Speak with potential new families inquiring about services, as well as perform consultation meetings with potential new families-Be available for after hours on call responsibilities to speak with potential new families or tend to any urgent client matters QUALIFICATIONS:-Familiar with Excel, Word and general Windows' operations-Professional experience in the field of customer service.-College degree-2 Professional references-Clean driving record & background check-Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently We look forward to hearing from you!Benefits:
