We are growing rapidly and looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our team as In-Home Flooring Estimators / Sales Consultants.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident with people, detail-oriented, and hungry to earn based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Contact new leads promptly to schedule in-home estimates
- Travel to customer homes for scheduled appointments
- Measure flooring areas accurately
- Inspect subfloor and identify any prep work needed
- Discuss flooring options and guide customers through product selection
- Present pricing and project scope clearly
- Build trust and provide an outstanding customer experience
- Follow up with leads and close deals
- Communicate clearly with office staff and installation teams
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong math and measurement skills
- Ability to identify flooring prep requirements
- Basic knowledge of flooring installation is preferred
- Experience in flooring, home improvement, construction, or in-home sales is a major plus
- Must be motivated, professional, and results-driven
