Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to Dairy Queen standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen.
- Assist in maintaining kitchen inventory and stocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Handle food orders efficiently, maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Perform basic kitchen cleaning duties, including washing dishes and maintaining a hygienic workspace.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a cooking or kitchen role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and food preparation procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
