Asst Director of Nursing (LPN) – Assisted LivingLocation: Ozark, Missouri
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as Assistant Director of Nursing in our assisted living community in Ozark, Missouri. This leadership role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about resident care, team development, and maintaining excellence in clinical operations.
The Assistant Director of Nursing will oversee nursing services, provide leadership to the clinical team, ensure compliance with state regulations, and promote a high standard of care for our residents in a supportive, home-like environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day nursing operations within the assisted living community
- Supervise, support, and mentor clinical staff to ensure quality resident care
- Serve as an on-call clinical resource for urgent resident or staff concerns
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes
- Ensure compliance with Missouri DHSS regulations and company policies
- Conduct resident assessments, care planning, and clinical oversight to maintain quality standards
- Support staffing needs to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and competent care
- Maintain accurate documentation and oversee clinical systems, including electronic health records (EHR)
Qualifications
- Current Missouri LPN license in good standing
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, geriatrics, or home health preferred
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of nursing practices, resident care standards, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with electronic health record systems preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, providers, and staff

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
