Position: Team Member Tech Maintenance - Must be a Licensed Electrician

Position Purpose: Responsible for ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of facilities equipment and buildings through preventative and corrective maintenance. This role involves working from mechanical and electrical schematics, performing a variety of technical tasks, and responding to emergency work orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.
- Works safely at all times.
- Preventative and corrective maintenance of Facilities equipment and building.
- Work from mechanical and/or electrical schematic, sketches manuals, specifications, and written and oral instructions.
- Perform skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, minor electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic.
- Perform testing and calibration of monitoring equipment.
- Under minimal directions, work directly from the work orders.
- Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively.
- All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.

- Ability to work from schematics, sketches, manuals, and specifications.

Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Assume leadership role of shift (in the absence of the Team Leader) to assure the efficient compliance to the operational plan.
- Responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance of Facilities equipment and building.
- Work from mechanical and/or electrical schematic, sketches manuals, specifications, and written and oral instructions.
- Handle emergency work order calls.
- Electrical Certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
- 1year experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Good mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of the job:
- Required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is high). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for 4 -12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; stoop, or crouch.
- Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment.
- Work is performed in an industrial-manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
