Compensation: $58.00 - $62.00 Per Hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm and Fridays 7:00 am - 1:00 pm, NO WEEKENDS!

Requirements:
- Create a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment for patients

Maintain proper sterilization and infection control protocols
-
Perform initial screenings, review medical histories, and assess oral health
-
Identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, and periodontitis
-
Provide prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments, and sealants

Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
-
Take digital X-rays and wellness scans
-
Assist in treatment planning alongside the dentist, including oral cancer screenings

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
-
Support Invisalign treatment processes
Skills & Qualifications
-
Active Texas Dental Hygiene License
-
5+ years of experience as a Dental Hygienist preferred

Strong knowledge of HIPAA and safety regulations
-
Experience with dental equipment and sterilization procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Patient-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Physical stamina to meet job demands

Dental Hygiene diploma required

Active dental hygiene license
Preferred (Not Required):

Experience with Oryx software

Nitrous Oxide (N2O) certification

iTero scanner experience
