The Wagoner County Detention Center is looking for a dependable, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

What You'll Do
Working within the LPN scope of practice and under the direction of the facility healthcare provider:
- Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders
- Complete medication pass and required documentation
- Respond to patient medical needs and medical emergencies
- Assist with intake screenings and chronic care
- Communicate changes or concerns to the healthcare provider
- Follow provider protocols, treatment plans, and written or verbal medical orders
Requirements
- Current Oklahoma LPN license
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass a background investigation
- Able to pass a drug screen.
