The Lead Teacher for the 3-Year-Old Classroom is responsible for creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for preschool children in a part-day preschool program located within a church community. The Lead Teacher plans and implements hands-on learning experiences that support children’s social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and creative development while fostering positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
This position is an excellent fit for an educator who is passionate about early childhood learning, values play-based education, and enjoys building meaningful relationships with young children and their families. Successful candidates will be nurturing, patient, organized, and collaborative, with a genuine appreciation for the wonder, curiosity, and unique developmental needs of three-year-olds.
We are seeking a teacher who is eager to be an active member of a supportive preschool team, communicates professionally and positively, embraces a growth mindset, and is willing to contribute to a culture of encouragement, flexibility, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate understands that preschool teaching extends beyond classroom instruction to include partnering with families, collaborating with colleagues, and helping create a welcoming community where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn.
At All Saints' Preschool, we believe children learn best through play, exploration, relationships, and hands-on experiences. We are looking for a teacher who shares these values and is committed to creating joyful learning opportunities that help children grow socially, emotionally, academically, and spiritually.
