Seeking a part-time provider for our homeschooled teenage son. He has more significant support needs (he's independent with bathroom and dressing) , is minimally verbal, very active, and a flight risk (elopes) — safety and supervision are everything.
You’ll: support him at home and, over time, on community outings, working alongside our existing care team.
You are:
- Physically active, confident keeping pace with a tall, fast teen (athletic background a plus)
- Calm, alert, fully present
- A strong communicator who never improvises around safety
- Experienced with autism/behavioral support (RBT/ABA a bonus)
- Reliable and invested
*Male provider preferred
Starts part-time with room for more hours for the right person. Training takes time, so we want someone ready to commit long-term — not a short-term gig. .
