Osler Pediatric Clinic is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Medical Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain vital signs.
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist the provider during visits.
- Administer vaccines and injections following physician orders.
- Perform CLIA-waived laboratory testing.
- Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Provide patient and parent education as directed by the provider.
- Assist with well-child visits, sick visits, sports physicals, and immunizations.
- Clean and stock exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies.
- Follow infection control and OSHA guidelines.
- Answer patient questions and assist with phone calls as needed.
- Work collaboratively with providers and the clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care.
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification preferred (or currently enrolled/recent graduate).
- Pediatric experience is a plus but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced pediatric environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
