DuBose Strapping has ties to the strapping industry dating back to the late 1960’s. DuBose is a 3rd generation family-owned company headquartered in Clinton, NC with a facility in Crawfordsville, IN. We manufacture steel and plastic strapping involving automated strapping machines, a variety of strapping materials, hand application tools and accessories.
Job Opening: Production Coordinator
Summary: Responsible for coordination of processing Production Work Orders. Supports manufacturing, sales, and shipping.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process Work Orders for strapping and seals.
- Check Work Orders daily for finalization.
- Assist with issues or problems with Work Orders
- Process inventory adjustment in ERP system includes in-house usage, item number changes, skid combinations, scrap etc.
- Perform accuracy checks on completed manufacturing orders, skid sheets, and order finals.
- Evaluate manufactured strapping status for production report.
- Order office supplies and manufacturing supplies.
- Keep files organized and maintained

General Office Skills:
· Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Outlook
· Working knowledge of the use of phone, fax, scanner, printer, and copier
· Use of adding machine/calculator
