Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our hotel team. Housekeepers are responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, sanitized, organized, and ready to provide an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens and replace towels and toiletries
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize rooms and bathrooms
- Restock housekeeping carts and supplies
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to management
- Ensure all assigned rooms are inspected and guest-ready
- Maintain cleanliness in hallways, laundry areas, and public spaces
- Follow all hotel safety and sanitation procedures
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift, bend, push, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
