Schedule
- Day: Every Monday
- Time: 5:20 PM – 6:00 PM
- Start Date: August 2026
- Compensation: $55 per class
Class Format
Lead a fun and engaging Boot Camp class featuring:
- 3–4 structured blocks of work/rest intervals, or
- A longer circuit-style workout with clearly defined work and rest periods (stations optional).
Classes should be adaptable for all fitness levels while promoting strength, endurance, mobility, and overall wellness in a supportive corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead safe, engaging, and motivating Boot Camp classes.
- Arrive 15–20 minutes early to prepare for class.
- Demonstrate proper exercise technique and provide modifications as needed.
- Create a positive, inclusive experience for participants.
- Communicate professionally with NW Corporate Wellness staff and client contacts.
Qualifications
- Experience teaching Boot Camp or group fitness classes.
- Current nationally recognized group fitness or personal training certification.
- CPR/AED certification (preferred).
- Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic.
- Comfortable teaching participants of all fitness levels.
- 1–2 years of group fitness teaching experience
- Reliable transportation to travel to client sites
Compensation
- $55 per class
- Independent Contractor (1099)
