Compensation: $40–$50/hour + Paid Travel

A growing mobile diagnostic company is seeking an experienced Full-Time Mobile X-Ray Technologist to provide on-site imaging services across nursing homes and long-term care facilities throughout Croton-on-Hudson and the surrounding Hudson Valley region.
This role offers stable, full-time hours while maintaining flexibility and independence. It is ideal for technologists who enjoy working autonomously while delivering high-quality imaging services directly to patients in long-term care settings.
About the Role
Technologists travel facility-to-facility using company-provided equipment to perform primarily portable X-ray examinations in nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, and long-term care facilities. This is a full-time position with consistent daily coverage and a predictable workflow. The role combines independence with strong operational support and reliable scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform portable X-ray exams in nursing homes and long-term care facilities
- Travel between multiple facilities throughout the Croton-on-Hudson and surrounding coverage area
- Ensure accurate imaging, proper positioning, and patient safety
- Complete documentation and ensure timely submission of imaging studies
- Maintain equipment readiness and follow company protocols
- Provide professional, compassionate care to patients in facility settings
- Communicate effectively with facility staff and internal team members
Must-Have Qualifications
- Active Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT certification (required)
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (required)
- Current Radiologic Technologist certification in good standing
- Portable X-ray or clinical radiology experience preferred
- Comfortable driving throughout the Hudson Valley region
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule efficiently
- Strong professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
