Duties
- Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on excellence and continuous improvement
- Oversee menu development, ensuring offerings meet high standards for quality, presentation, and dietary requirements
- Manage food preparation and food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Coordinate banquet, catering, and special event food production to deliver exceptional service for large groups
- Control inventory levels, monitor food costs, and implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste
- Ensure adherence to food handling standards and safety protocols across all kitchen operations
- Oversee shift management, assigning tasks efficiently to meet service demands while maintaining high-quality standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team on food service management initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of food production processes, safety inspections, and inventory control measures
- Lead by example in practicing excellent hospitality and serving as a role model for professional conduct
Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Extensive background in fine dining cuisine with strong culinary skills in cooking and food presentation
- Demonstrated success managing teams of chefs and kitchen staff through supervision and mentorship
- Experience with banquet service, catering operations, and large-scale food production projects
- Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures, dietary department standards, and health regulations
- Skilled in inventory control, cost management, and food industry best practices for managing resources effectively
- Prior experience overseeing restaurant or hospitality operations with a focus on quality assurance and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership abilities combined with excellent communication skills to motivate teams and coordinate multiple departments effectively

Pay: $82,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
