Must have previous RETAIL EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCE of at least 3 years. Must be able to merchandise, order, prepare product in the department. Must have knowledge of Sales, Budgets, Shrink, Inventory, Productivity and Conditions. Must be able to direct staff in the department and hold accountable for conditions. Must be able to successfully handle customer requests and interactions.
