Our established medical practice is seeking a friendly, hardworking, and customer service–oriented Medical Assistant to join our well-established team. Candidates with experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice are strongly preferred. Foreign Medical Graduates and Paramedics are encouraged to apply.
This role includes both clinical and administrative responsibilities, supporting physicians while providing excellent care and service to our patients. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a strong work ethic who is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant or Foreign-Trained Physician or Paramedic (preferred)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to maintain professional communication with patients
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Comfortable using computers and Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, staff, and patients
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Associate’s Degree preferred
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
