Job Overview
We are seeking a Stocking Associate to join our team at a busy grocery store. We are seeking for someone who is interested in longterm, stable employment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ensuring products are readily available for customers.
Duties
- Stock and organize products on shelves and in storage areas
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering products as needed
- Operate cash registers and assist with sales transactions when required
- Receive and process shipments from suppliers
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
- Perform heavy lifting tasks to move products throughout the store
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or retail setting is preferred
- Knowledge of inventory management practices
- Familiarity with cash register operations and retail math
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
