What You'll Do
As a Team Member, you'll assist with residential renovations, maintenance, and construction projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with residential remodeling and renovation projects
- Arrive on time and ready to work each day
- Complete assigned work safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Use company tools and equipment responsibly
- Communicate material needs, job site concerns, and project updates
- Work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment
- Be willing to learn new skills and continually improve
What We're Looking For
- Construction, remodeling, maintenance, or carpentry experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools
Pay & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $25.00/hour
- Pay Range: $25.00–$30.00/hour

Performance Bonus Program
Earn an additional $150 per qualifying project when:
- The project is completed under the allotted labor hours
- The project stays within budget
- The project is completed on schedule
