They are seeking a Fire Alarm Electrician to join a growing team. This is a hands-on field role installing fire alarm systems, running electrical rough-in, and following company safety procedures while maintaining a clean, organized company vehicle.
What you will do:
- Install fire alarm systems, including rough-in of electrical boxes, wire pulling, and trimming of fire alarm system components
- Bend and install conduit
- Learn applicable fire protection codes and obtain applicable state licensing
- Work safely per company safety procedures, including driving, personal protective equipment, and lockout/tag-out policies
- Maintain your vehicle per company procedures, keeping it clean and organized
What you need:
- Electrical installation experience (low voltage wire and fire alarm system installation is a plus)
- 3-year Electrician Apprentice or Electrician Journeyman
- Proficiency in EMT conduit bending and installation
- IEC certification is a plus
- Electrician background is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements
- Ability to travel as required
