- Getting vacant units ready by cleaning, painting, drywall repairs, changing bulbs and filters.
- Daily repair and upkeep of the property such as basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting skills.
- Repairing plumbing, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls, and building exteriors.
- Installing laminate flooring
- Complete grounds work such as grounds pick up, sweeping and landscaping.
- Keeping a clean work area, tools and equipment.
- Responsible for efficient response at all times as directed by the Property manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
- Responsible for all other duties as may be assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma
- 5+ years experience with general maintenance/ skilled labor
- Ability to read a tape measure and framing knowledge.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs and occasionally move more than 100 lbs
