Position Overview
Black Label Commercial Cleaning is seeking reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team. Most projects consist of residential turnover cleanings, vacant property cleanings, and post-construction cleanups, with occasional commercial cleaning opportunities.
This is an as-needed position, meaning work is offered as jobs become available. Ideal candidates are looking for flexible, supplemental income and can be available when opportunities arise.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of vacant homes, apartments, and commercial properties
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and high-touch areas
- Assist with post-construction and turnover cleaning projects
- Follow company quality standards and safety procedures
- Work independently or with a small team to complete projects efficiently
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work
- Dependable, professional, and punctual
- Cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay ranges from $125 - $350+ per job depending on project size and scope

Important
This is not a traditional position with guaranteed weekly hours. Work is offered on an as-needed basis as projects become available. Some weeks may have multiple projects, while others may have fewer opportunities.
