We are seeking highly motivated electronics technologist to join our team. Ultimately, your hands-on bench testing knowledge and skills will be used to develop and support electronics testing and identify and solve problems as they arise. The variety of applications requires a strong foundation in electrical and engineering principles-any part from resistors to ICs could require characterization or ongoing surveillance. On-the-job training is available with this position.
On any given day, you may be called on to:

Partner with our engineers and technicians to develop and execute testing of various commercial electronics

Assist on multiple parts being tested

Design and layout printed circuit boards

Troubleshoot testing problems

Integrate hardware and software
Some travel supporting radiation testing at off-site facilities may be required to support program needs, up to 25% of the time.
Applicants on this requisition may be interviewed by multiple organizations at Sandia National Laboratories.
Due to the nature of the work, the selected applicant must be able to work onsite.
