The HSE Senior Supervisor is responsible for supervising the implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs within oil and gas operations.
This role ensures regulatory compliance, supports risk mitigation, leads incident investigations, and promotes a strong safety culture across sites and departments.

Oversee daily HSE activities across all operational areas, including site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.

Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations, Company standards, and industry best practices.

Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure readiness for incidents or accidents.

Lead and support incident and accident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
-
Maintain and update HSE documentation, including policies, procedures, and permits.
-
Supervise the delivery of HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
-
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and project teams to ensure HSE is integrated into planning and execution.
-
Monitor environmental compliance related to emissions, waste management, and spill control.
-
Prepare regular reports and metrics on HSE performance for senior management review.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the safety culture and minimize incidents.

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.

Equivalent experience in warehouse safety operations and/or recognized safety certifications, such as OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001, will also be considered.

Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and train others.

Experience with risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
-
Proficiency in HSE reporting systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification.
-
Familiarity with permit-to-work systems and safety management systems.
-
Experience coordinating emergency response activities.
-
Knowledge of environmental impact management and sustainability practices.
-
Experience working with multicultural teams in high-risk environments.
