A growing outpatient behavioral health practice in Stuart, Florida is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join its expanding team.
This is a primarily outpatient, hybrid position with a mix of telepsychiatry and limited in-office care. The practice offers a quality-focused environment with strong clinical autonomy and no hospital responsibilities.
Position Highlights:
- Base salary: $290,000–$320,000
- Total compensation potential: Approximately $350,000
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No call
- No weekends
- Mostly telepsychiatry with some in-office responsibilities
- Approximately 13–15 patients per day once fully ramped
- Adult psychiatry is the primary need
- Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists also encouraged to apply
- Opportunity to work with veterans, trauma-related conditions, children and adolescents, and a broad outpatient psychiatric population
- TMS and advanced treatment exposure available
- Malpractice insurance fully covered

Candidates should be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry and hold an MD or DO degree. At least 1–2 years of experience is preferred, although strong candidates will be considered based on overall background.
