About This Position
DermaMode Spa is seeking a Florida-licensed Registered Nurse to work with its clinical team in an outpatient aesthetic and wellness environment.
The RN will assist with scheduled client appointments by reviewing health information, preparing clinical areas, maintaining required records, observing clients during assigned services, and communicating with the appropriate provider when clinical questions or concerns arise.
Nursing duties are performed according to applicable Florida requirements, the RN’s authorized scope of practice, provider direction, and DermaMode Spa procedures.
Your Day-to-Day Work
- Review client health histories, intake forms, and relevant screening information
- Check that required documentation and consent records are completed according to clinic procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, supplies, and equipment for scheduled client visits
- Assist with client preparation before assigned services
- Observe clients during assigned services and document relevant information
- Complete required nursing notes, service records, and clinical charting
- Provide clinic-approved pre-service and post-service instructions
- Maintain organized and properly prepared clinical areas
- Follow infection-control, sanitation, privacy, and workplace safety requirements
- Communicate relevant client-care information to providers and clinic staff
- Report contraindications, unexpected symptoms, changes in client condition, or other clinical concerns to the supervising provider
- Follow established provider instructions and clinic procedures
- Participate in required staff meetings, training, and educational activities
Pay Details
- $21.00–$28.00 per hour
- Starting pay is determined based on relevant experience and qualifications
- Required onboarding and training time is paid

What You Need for the Role
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Ability to work on site in Cape Coral, Florida
- Ability to maintain complete and accurate clinical records
- Strong professional communication skills
- Ability to follow written clinic procedures and provider direction
- Ability to maintain appropriate client privacy and confidentiality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to complete required onboarding and position-specific training
Previous aesthetic or medical spa experience is not required.
Experience in outpatient healthcare, medical offices, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness clinics, or aesthetic settings may be helpful.
Weekly Schedule
This position is scheduled for up to 40 hours per week across four workdays.
- Sunday availability is required
- Three additional weekdays are scheduled according to clinic needs
- Typical shifts are approximately 7–8 hours
- Monday through Friday clinic hours: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Sunday clinic hours: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM
The final weekly schedule is discussed and confirmed during the hiring process.
Getting Started
DermaMode Spa provides paid onboarding and training for this position.
Training may cover clinic workflows, documentation standards, privacy requirements, workplace safety procedures, client communication expectations, and employer-specific protocols.
Training does not expand the RN’s legal scope of practice. The Registered Nurse performs only nursing responsibilities permitted under applicable requirements and assigned through appropriate clinical direction.
Where the Work Takes Place
This is an on-site position at DermaMode Spa in Cape Coral, Florida.
The RN works in an outpatient aesthetic and wellness clinic with scheduled client appointments and regular interaction with providers, clients, and other clinic staff.
This position is not remote and is not a hospital, emergency-care, or home-health nursing role.

This is a full-time W-2 employee position directly with DermaMode Spa in Cape Coral, Florida.
