Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast, ensuring efficient communication with kitchen staff
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
- Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, processing payments accurately, and balancing registers at shift end
- Assist with bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to build guest relations
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
- Commitment to food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
