Schoo-ber Ridesharing Transportation Services is seeking reliable, caring, and professional Drivers and Substitute Drivers to transport students safely to and from school through our Schoo-ber MyWay program.

Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school, activities, and approved destinations
- Maintain punctual arrival and drop-off times
- Provide a safe, respectful, and professional environment for passengers
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and dispatch when necessary
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and proper working condition
- Complete required inspections and documentation
Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience
- Vehicle must be 10 years old or newer
- Four-door vehicle in good working condition
- Valid vehicle registration and insurance
- Must pass background screening and driving record review
- Childcare, education, mentoring, or youth-related experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must own a smartphone with GPS capability
- Ability to maintain professionalism and reliability at all times
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous rideshare or transportation experience
- Experience working with children or families
- Defensive driving knowledge and safety-focused mindset
- Availability during school hours, mornings, and afternoons
