The Resident Manager is required to be a resident of the facility and is responsible for monitoring the property (RRI) and tenants. Duties are performed under the supervision and direction of the Residential Resources Manager . The Resident Manager will comply with applicable federal and state laws, resident rules, lease agreements, ethical standards (i.e. no sexual relationships with tenants), and Allwell Behavioral Health Services’ terms of employment, policies and procedures.
Maintains routine, scheduled office hours in order to respond to resident needs and concerns.
Directs residents to appropriate community service providers as indicated.
Maintains resident records in accordance with HUD regulations; assist with processing new resident application; collect, record and forward rent payments.
Monitor overall safety and security of residents; schedule preventative maintenance and repairs, coordinate grounds maintenance; assure operational duties.
- Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must also have good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to recognize unusual or threatening conditions and take appropriate action.
- Ability to recognize potential structural or operational problems and take appropriate corrective action.
