Adventure Van Builder - Cabinetry, Carpentry, Mechanics
Full-time shop role · Hamilton, NJ
Company
Ready.Set.Van has been building luxury adventure vans since 2019. Based in Hamilton, NJ, our team of 20 and growing; building customer-customized vans on Sprinter, Transit, and ProMaster chassis. The business is growing, and we’re adding builders who can help us keep quality high as more vans move through the shop.
Culture
We have built, and are looking to maintain, a supportive shop culture: where egos take a backseat to individual and collective progress. We take great pride in our product and in the individuals who contribute to our culture.
Role
Ready.Set.Van is looking for hands-on builders to help build, install, finish, and test custom adventure vans. This role is a good fit for someone with experience in one or more hands-on trades who wants to work on complete end-to-end projects, not repeat the same task every day.
