1. Position Summary
The Wellness Coach is responsible for providing high-quality guest care, ensuring Guests are educated about iCRYO’s services, providing exceptional care while maintaining safety protocols during Guest engagement with services. The Lifestyle Service Specialist will work with the Team to deliver service with EXCELLENCE, IMPACT and SIGNIFICANCE.
2. Scope
This job description applies to all individuals employed as a Lifestyle Service Specialist within iCRYO centers.
3. Key Responsibilities
3.1 Guest Care
- Provide high-energy, personalized service to guests upon arrival.
- Provide excellent hospitality and incorporate concierge experiences for guests to enjoy.
- Provide support for Guests to help understand their wellness journey.
3.2 Center Culture
- Promote iCRYO through social media marketing and participation in community events.
- Cultivate a clean and professional environment, including laundry duties.
- Work closely with the Center Director and team to set goals, solve problems, and ensure smooth daily operations.
3.3 Guest Education and Support
- Continue education on iCRYO’s products and services to stay informed and provide expert guidance.
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards
3.4 Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with the Center Director, lifestyle specialists, providers, and other team members to ensure guest success and satisfaction.
- Actively engage in Teams chat, weekly calls, and internal communications.
3.5 Specialized Duties
- Utilize point-of-sale systems for booking, rescheduling, and managing reservations.
- Maintain a minimum of 15 hours per week
4. Daily Expectations
- Begin each shift by checking in with the Center Director for daily expectations/duties
- Deliver care, perform procedures, and maintain an EXCELLENT level of care during the shift.
- Maintain clean, stocked dressing room and service areas.
- Ensure the Guests are guided through services personally.
- Lead team operations including laundry, locker stocking, and center cleanliness.
5. Qualifications
- Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, with weekend shifts will be required.
- Ability to work in a dynamic upscale organization.
- Exceptional time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multi-task.
- Strong customer service skills, motivated and respectful, with a demonstrated ability to be coached by management.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers, managers, and customers.
- Understanding of sales goals and operations processes.
- Computer knowledge including, but not limited to, point-of-sale system, Microsoft office, and scheduling systems.
- Ability to book, reschedule, and cancel reservations utilizing our POS system.
- A strong understanding of the social media space, and ability to create content.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness including laundry throughout your shift.
- Computer knowledge including, but not limited to, point-of-sale system, intranet, Microsoft office, and payroll system.
- Ability to pass a number of iCRYO service questions following your initial training.
Job Type: Part-time
