What You’ll Lead
Prefer running the back of house and keeping everything in order? We’re hiring a Department Manager with a focus on inventory, ordering, and product control in Blackstone, VA (about an hour from Richmond).

Manage inventory, truck orders, and product levels

Keep the restaurant stocked, organized, and on plan

Track usage, reduce waste, and maintain accurate counts

Support food safety and back-of-house standards
Pay
- Starting at $18/hr plus for experienced McDonald's candidates with open availability

Flexible scheduling; weekends/closing availability strongly preferred

Experience in restaurant, retail, or inventory management

Strong attention to detail and organization

Comfortable with ordering systems and tracking product

Reliable and consistent with follow-through
