**About ALAECO**
Alliance Aeronautical Composites is a certified FAA/EASA 145 Repair Station specializing in structural and composite component repair and overhaul. We work on complex assemblies such as leading edges, spoilers, flaps (IB/OB), composite panels, structural fittings, brackets, latches, rods, and angles. Known for our quality craftsmanship — we are an industry-trusted provider for both airlines and leasing companies.
Duties include:
-Scheduled/unscheduled aircraft component maintenance
-Diagnostics and structural repairs of composite sub-assemblies
-Documentation of inspections and repairs
-Safe operation and upkeep of mechanical tools
-Team collaboration to meet repair timelines
License preferences:
-A&P License or Repairman Certificate *Highly Valued but not required*
-Experience with structural or composite components preferred
